OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

The permitted development, noted above, is subject to the
County Environmental Health Department’s evaluation of the
land for septic field requirements. The allowed number of building
lots will depend on this evaluation. In the meantime, City sewer
connection will depend on municipal annexation which is not
currently being considered. The sewer map to the right shows
the location of the nearest sewer manhole covers to the subject
property. City water connection, however, is available.
